Refund policy
We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in the original packaging. You also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange & Return policy is made simple by us. Product(s) should be sent back through any courier service in new condition only. An invoice will be raised against it. We'll refund the invoiced amount against your account number written behind the invoice. We'll refund the amount to your within 5 working days.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and if there is damage to the items or if you have ordered an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and come to a resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnables
There are certain items that we cannot return, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, and plants); customized products (e.g. personalized products or special orders); personal care products; hazardous materials; flammable liquids; and gases. If you need further clarifications or concerns regarding your product, please let us know. Refund and Exchange of Perfumes Not Applicable.
